Dani's place was very comfortable, spacious, light and sunny - really enjoyed the stay. Great for walks on the beach, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and close to the subway for getting to other parts of the city. Highly recommend!

Dani was a wonderful host. He answered all my many questions and was so kind and helpful in every respect, even booking our taxi to the airport. The place was absolutely wonderful: immaculately clean, all the furnishings seemed new, it was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the city but also just a block from the beach. We enjoyed spending time at home in the living room and on the balcony and found the place so relaxing we would have enjoyed staying longer. I have stayed in many places in Barcelona over the years and this was the best ever! Most highly recommended.

I was welcomed by Vika, a colleague of Dani. She showed me around. The appartement was exactly as described. As I was there for a conference it was great that it was only a 10 minutes walk to the conference venue (the CCIB) and the big shoping mall Diagonal Mar (which also has a huge supermarket). The beach is very close, only a few minutes walking. The appartement overall was clean. It was great that there was a washing machine and dryer. Also I found it very convenient that there was a hair dryer. The instructions were very clear.

The apartment is ideally situated near the beach, close to transport networks, perfect for us and our 2 boys. Very clean with everything needed for a family. A great experience. Thanks to Dani and Vika!

La atencion brindada por Dani y su equipo fue muy respetuosa y profesional y la comunicacion amistosa El piso es muy comodo, espacioso y equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar un mes, el carrrito para ir de compras fue de muchisima utilidad, todo funciona a la pefección. El barrio es muy tranquilo y esta muy cerca de la rambla de Poblenou que es muy animada, llena de Restaurantes, tiendas y cafes. La playa se encuentra a 200 metros!!! y también existe un gran centro comercial (Diagonal Mar) donde puedes encontrar un sinfin de tiendas y cuenta con un complejo de cines. Fue una magnifica experiencia, lo recomiendo ampliamente, definitivamente volveria.

Todo muy bien justo buscábamos en esa zona. La piscina estaba súper bien por la temperatura pero era más pequeña de lo que pensaba (no se puede nadar, pero para los niños va genial y no estaba fría) y hay que acceder saliendo del edificio que es un poco incómodo pero en general muy bien todo. Lo único fue el ruido fuerte del lavavajillas que se oye en las habitaciones.Gracias

Très bel appartement: spacieux, moderne et bien équipé. Situé dans un quartier de bureaux (à l'écart du centre ville plus bruyant), il se trouve néanmoins à moins de 20 minutes du Barcelone historique et atout considérable: à 300 mètres de la plage ! Les contacts (Dani et Inga) sont des plus agréables et prêts à rendre service. Bref,avons passé 5 jours parfaits!

Quick appartment overview, contract signature, tourist tax payment.. Very professional protocole, but very efficient too. The flat is spacious and luminous, close to the CCIB but a bit far from the city center. Dani did respond well and quickly to my few questions. I recommend this place for a short stay.

Asunto oli siisti ja kuvien mukainen. Ilmastoinnin kanssa kuumassa Barcelonassa lomailu sujui mukavasti. Lasten kanssa arvostimme lähimetropysäkin hissiä laiturille asti. Uima-allas oli parempi, kuin kuvista olisi voinut päätellä! Mukava yllätys oli myös lelukorit.

Boligen svarede fint til omtalen. Det var et område med nybyggede ejendomme. Ejendommen er en etageejendom med elevator og stor sikkerhed for beboerne. Vi blev godt modtaget af en engelsktalende person og instrueret i procedurer ang. dørlåse og elevator.

The appartment was great! It was clean and fully corresponds to the description, has everything needed for a comfort stay. The location is great, very close to the beach and 2 metro stations nearby. Communication with host was at the very professional level, very fast and easy! We would definitely recommend the appartement to friends.

Sitting in the taxi from the airport we called Dani and greeted us at the flat, showed us around and informed about the facilities and the neighborhood. During our stay we needed a bit of help and he was very helpful. The flat is nice, bright, well maintained, AC and with the mandatory WIFI :-) We were four people and worked out well , there are also and extra two sofa beds in the living room facing the street but for some it might be bothersome with the traffic. The pool is nice - actually two pools and I think the photos here actually are "under selling" them, there is plenty of space around the pools and lot's of sun. The neigboorhood is nice with restaurants and the local Rambla Poblenou is worth visiting for stroll and a meal. We were a little afarid that since it is a newly developed area it would lack the atmosphere and life, but there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, kids and little Messi's playing football on the street and squares. The appartment is just excellent!!! Clean, fully corresponds to the provided pictures, has everything needed for a comfort stay, even toys for children!:-) excellent for a family with children! Quite bedrooms and comfortable drawing-room. Location is perfect! Two metro stations nearby and a bus station just few steps from the appartment, one of the best Barcelona's beaches is 5min walk! Swimming pool is also a great advantage, especially for the families with kids. Communication with Dani was at the very professional level, very fast and easy!

Great apartment! It has absolutely everything that you need. Location is great especially if you going to attend events in El Maresme Forum or going to relax on the beach. But also reasonable time to get to the center. Ideal for 4 people. Can be a little noisy from the street if you're going to sleep in the living room. In the bedrooms a sleep will be calm and cozy. Overall 5 out of 5!

Fue una muy buena experiencia hospedarnos en tu apartamento, a destacar todo, la ubicación, las medidas de seguridad, la limpieza, lo confortable de los colchones, el poder disponer de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días fuera de casa sin echar en falta nada de nada, la luz, la amplitud del baño, no se que mas decir, simplemente animar a las personas que no han salido nunca o que siempre han ido a hoteles que merece la pena una salida así, si todos los apartamentos están como el tuyo. Un saludo y con ganas de volver, además la tranquilidad del entorno estando en medio de todo. Un éxito.

the apartment is located in a new-building in the area poblenou on the 3rd floor, corresponds exactly to the pictures and the description and was also handed over clean and in good condition. the metrostation (poblenou) was 7-8 min. away.
the loggia offers an interesting view to passeig the taulat. the air-conditioning worked perfectly in all rooms and the bathroom is also a high standard one which had a big enough hot water boiler for 3 persons. the internet worked as well perfectly. the communication with dani was easy, relaxed and professional, so the handover of the apartment. a 100% trustworthy host.
